Kombucha Scoby

Make your own flavored Kombucha at home. The scoby is a pancake-like glob made from various microbes (ie yeast, bacteria). It is added to black or green tea and fermented until it properly sours. It then can be blended with fruits and juices to make a great probiotic drink.
